What’s your party theme?

Decide amount of guests will be attending

Have you set a date, time, and place for the party?

Determine a RSVP through text or email

Book the venue also pay any deposit
  

Make a shopping list -- including small items like napkins and candles etc
Make lists of tasks that can be done in advance 

Set Yourself a budget to buy some of the following 

Decorations, including flowers, centre pieces, balloons, scene setters etc.

Food and beverage

Invitations and postage or maybe send invites through email save the pennies

Put together your guest list and gather addresses and phone numbers

If entertainers have been booked confirm their attendance

Assign tasks to all those who wish to help out

Make preparations for cleaning up; ensure enough rubbish bags and cleaning utensils

THE BIG DAY  

Finalize the decorations and place all the settings

Instruct any volunteers helping out what to do

Relax and enjoy yourself!
